About The CEO and Founder
Nichele Washington

"The intensity of my passion for justice and morality is one that I have had for as long as I can remember. It has led me to countlessly defend and protect those whom I feel are being unfairly treated and it is precisely why being a civil/social justice lawyer is and has always been the occupation I’ve felt destined to pursue. From classroom debates with my peers about the ethicality of overpriced insulin to familial discussions about police brutality, I have always found myself repelled by inequity yet compelled to rectify its abuses. Being a Black girl in America, I have been both a witness to and a victim of society’s intricate systems that sustain themselves on the backs of oppression and reap profit from atop the shoulders of the oppressed. I have watched the injustice that unfolds seamlessly as those without a voice perish in the name of capitalism, prejudice, fear, and more. As a civil/social justice lawyer, I believe I will be able to help restore equity amongst any individual who has been misappropriated while setting forth precedents of virtue. As a high school senior (with my eyes set on Spelman College), I have worked rigorously to maintain a 4.46 GPA. As an adamant volunteer in my community, I have continually made myself available for acts of service, and as a developing Teen Entrepreneur, I am working tirelessly to provide those goods and services which will positively impact those around me."
